Strength training and stretching with a towel. Sometimes in school physical education classes, we performed an interesting exercise - picked up a towel for edges, strongly pulled and stretched his hands in front of him, constantly keeping them in suspense. After this exercise, it seemed that some extraneous force lifted our hands up. To be honest, I vaguely remember the confused explanations of our teacher of Physical Education.
But these people have found a very interesting application for a towel and use it in their home training as an additional enhancement in the performance as a power exercise and stretching exercises.
