Judging by the prosperity of companies such as Burger King, Starbucks and others like them, the world has something to get sick and fat. Therefore, many of us, even a gentle "vegan" detox will bring huge benefits. Even in just 7-21 days.
It should be noted that the slaughter program, the stronger start cleansing mechanisms. Fasting water and vegetable broth are killed most of the microflora and toxins, as well as the highest amount of fat burned. After such a program must be very well get out of it, and is important to prepare his body to purification using a special diet before (excluded in a certain sequence of coffee, sugar, milk, cereals, meat and fish with chicken).
