Is it worth it to give up caffeine and how to do it

Causes
We are starting to use caffeine from childhood: it is in tea, cola and other drinks. Gradually the number we need caffeine increases dependence develops. In the morning we did not feel refreshed without a cup of coffee. Of course, not all people are equally affected by caffeine. But most regular use is addictive.
Caffeine blocks adenosine receptors in the brain, making us feel more cheerful. But gradually the formation of new adenosine receptors, and caffeine no longer has an invigorating action. We have to increase the amount to experience the stimulating effect again.
pros
