Probiotics - these are the stars among health drugs. Type Kim Kardashian. Everyone knows that the star and does what - is unclear. That probiotics, of course, very helpful. And prebiotics too (it's not even the same). So what is useful and why? We'll see.

What are probiotics? So called micro-organisms, whose activity has a positive effect on the human body.
Defining more than vague, and all because most of these probiotics is quite a lot. Actively investigated bifidobacteria and lactobacilli, in each of these groups is fully microorganisms. They are all somehow help us to live, work tirelessly for our good. They work on digestion, help absorb nutrients and minerals from food, produce B vitamins and the K, protect us from harmful germs, and in some dataEven a positive effect on the immune system.
With what they eat
Variants intake of two bacteria. Or we eat foods that contains probiotics, or taking special drugs. In the natural form of probiotics are fermented foods, and they are:
- sauerkraut and kimchi

- kefir,

How many tons of yogurt you need to eat it - is unknown. However, how many tons of powders and pills from the pharmacy should be eaten - also no one really knows.

Is there any benefit
The main question: whether it is worth trying to somehow settle the intestine these same bacteria to feel for yourself all the advantages of their work? You can try. If to take into account several factors.

In addition, the probiotics from the pharmacy - it's the same live bacteria, as well as in yogurt and cabbage, that is, the majority of the intestine to not live.
