Review. Patrick Lencioni "Five teams vices"

It should be noted that this book came into my hands at a time when I would have liked to turn to others' experience: I had to take some important decisions relating specifically to the command work. Therefore, I am pleased, "swallowed" this book. In order not to bore you, I have to say - I liked it. Well, to find out what - pass on.

Ins books I consider the following:

• its length: less than two hundred pages, including service - is no more than a couple of days if you are interested.
• "Art" presentation does not get bored, as sometimes happens when the book is full of instructions.
• structuring of the main ideas, the presence of its graphic representation.
• no attempt to grasp the immensity, the concentration is on the idea stated in the discussions.

Minuses? Of course I have:

• The same artistry creates a sense of imagination (though, having a decent experience, I can say that the book does not lie).
• style. There are indigestible proposals, but I am just a reader, not a proofreader, but I do not like it is possible.

Conclusion: The book is worth the time you spend on it. You, especially if you work with the team enough time probably will not learn anything surprising, but structuring and sketchy, described in the book will help you to change the view on the current state of your own team.
