Books / / December 19, 2019
Bill Gates changed the lives of every person on earth. Developed countries have already done so, not least thanks to Microsoft. Third World countries, where up to computerization anyone yet the case, received from the Gates billions of dollars in the form of charity. Twenty-eight billion, to be exact.
After retiring from his post as head of Microsoft in 2008, Gates began to pay more attention to the charitable trust of his wife and his personal life. Not least in his new life, and take the reading. There is no reason to doubt that before leaving Microsoft, Gates read hundreds of books, but given a free schedule, he was able to devote more time to reading.
On the site Gatesnotes Gates shares his impressions about the books they have read. Reviews for over a hundred, and it is impossible not to notice the unusual flavors of the former head of Microsoft. There is, as the biography of Steve Jobs and "The Hunger Games" Susan Collins.
Of course, not every book on this list like Gates, but fortunately, in numerous interviews he has repeatedly talked about favorite books.
