Motivation Books / / December 19, 2019
Interesting book by the father of positive psychology on how to achieve happiness - enjoy life in her sort through almost mathematical way.
Generally speaking, the book about happiness and how to achieve it 0 is one of the most popular genres of psychological. It's hard not to buy such a book than to buy, so that the book Seligman was a special relationship - of course it had to be all the steeper. And she almost got it.
Martin Seligman - a famous American psychologist, a preacher of positive psychology and distributor the theory that human happiness and an optimistic attitude in life - these are the things that depend on it itself. And in order to begin to influence the happiness, just enough to understand a little theory and believe in themselves.
The book is written pleasant, "readable" language - exactly like many flashbacks of Martin's life (a kind of examples illustrating certain details of the narrative). Seligman sometimes overdoing a bit (especially noticeable how he "flunked" the end of the book), but it is interesting and useful books is almost not affected. And I did not like the format
"In search of happiness" - it is a little bit short (what else can be forgiven for good concentration of ideas one page of the book), but the lack of brand strap-zakladochki I can not forgive for nothing!Happiness is not found in Google (can not search, I tried), you can find it in himself. And Seligman's book is precisely to help in this. No one will give you the exact recipe of happiness, but that's a lot of interesting details about yourself you exactly podcherpnete. We safely recommend.
