REVIEW: Mark Gouston "I can hear you through. An effective technique of negotiation! "
Books / / December 19, 2019
An interesting book about how to build their relationships with people from a psychiatrist and trainer of police negotiators.
Book published "Mann, Ivanov and Ferber", so that complaints about the quality of publication I, of course, did not have (my favorite zakladochka- "strap" in place, so I am calm). Translation also differs purity and smoothness. In other words, it was nice to read.
The book is divided into three main parts.
First, the "Nine basic rules, how to establish contact with the people" - a kind of alphabet of communication. From it you can learn about how the brain works during intercourse, what to do and how to behave in order to achieve the position of the interlocutor.
The second - "Twelve simple and fast techniques to achieve" shopping "and the belief" it is full tips on how to make communicating nice and helpful.
The third part is devoted to the analysis of typical examples based on the techniques described in the two preceding articles. It seemed to me the least interesting of the entire book.
The book is easy to read and enjoyable, on average, all it can "swallow" for three hours. However, I advise you not to do so - otherwise the reading will be useless. The peculiarity of "I can hear you through!" Is that the techniques in the book should be applied in practice, but do not go into fanaticism and turn in their communication Verbal Judo. It is much nicer to use the techniques described "free style". And then your communication will be much more enjoyable, meaningful and positive.
