Top 50 games of the decade version Metacritic

Famous aggregator Metacritic reviews published ranking of the best games released from 2010 to 2019. We took into account only the games that have at least 15 reviews. If the game comes out on multiple platforms, only the responses to the version of the platform for the maximum number of comments.

Surprisingly, it took the first place Super Mario Galaxy 2 for Nintendo Wii - continuation 2007 platformer. He scored 97 points out of 100 - the same number of points in all of the top five, which included the two best-selling book for PS4 (GTA V and Red Dead Redemption 2) and two popular games for Switch (The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Super Mario Odyssey).

The creators of this list did not specify, but it seems that for the same assessment seats are distributed based on the number of responses and the ratio of positive to neutral and negative. For example, Super Mario Galaxy 2 has collected 87 user reviews and they are all positive. In Breath of the Wild 109 reviews, but 3 of them are mixed - so it is lower in the ranking.

Interestingly, the first PC version of the game in the top appeared only in 15th place - and in the case of BioShock Infinite is absolutely deserved.

Metacritic also collected the top 11 based on 10 lists of the best games published by other publications - including the VG247, about which we have already told. Each first place in the top gave the game 3 points, the second - 2 points. 3-10 place or inclusion in the list of best separation without the field, composed of 10 or less games brought 1 point. Finally, lists without separating the field from 11-20 points brought 0.5 points. The results were as follows:
