The network has the characteristics and prices of future Xiaomi Redmi 5 smartphone

As expected, Redmi 5 will be released in two versions. The first model equip Qualcomm Snapdragon processor 625 with an operating frequency of 2.0 GHz, while the second receives Qualcomm Snapdragon processor 630 with an operating frequency of 2.2 GHz. In addition, in each of the branches will be produced devices differing number of RAM and internal memory.

Xiaomi Redmi 5 with Snapdragon processor 625:

• 3 GB 16 GB of RAM, ROM + ($ 125);
• 3GB RAM + 32GB ROM (155 dollars).

Xiaomi Redmi 5 with Snapdragon 630 processor:

• 3 GB 32 GB of RAM, ROM + ($ 160);
• 4 GB RAM + 32GB ROM ($ 175);
• 4 GB to 64 GB of RAM, ROM + ($ 190).

The other characteristics are the same on all models. Each of them had a 5-inch IPS-display with a resolution of 1920 × 1080 dots, the main chamber 16 and the front Mn 5 Mn. Battery capacity is 3680 mAh, which is a step backwards compared with the previous Redmi 4. The operating system uses a proprietary development of MIUI 9.0 based on Android 7.1.1 Nougat.

No details on the exact release date of new products is not reported. But most likely, it will happen in the third quarter of 2017.
