Game of the day: Hell is Other Demons - retro journey to hell under heavy electronic music

On PC and Nintendo Switch left the game Hell is Other Demons, which is a dynamic platformer about a journey to the other world. You have to fight off hordes of demons using powerful guns and abilities.

You play as a demonic white cat who wants to liberate from the oppressive hell monsters. The game map is divided into several small regions - each with its own theme and color palette. In one example, a plurality of deadly spikes, and another full toxic dirt. In each zone there is a shop with a variety of enhancements that progress through becoming more expensive.

Enemies attack in waves, and you need to shy away from their attacks by jumping on the platforms. It has a double jump, leap and plasma weapons. Most enemies can be killed by jumping on them: thus restored meter jumps.

With each new level you will have to come up with new strategy. In one area full of enemies that shoot lasers, other demons attack for the most part in the melee. Under all these features it is possible and necessary to select appropriate improvements.

Hell is Other Demons - not too difficult game. Somewhere you have to die a couple of times to finally win. But there is no such hardcoreAs, for example, in Super Meat Boy. In addition, in each zone there are levels with endless enemies on which to hone their tactics.
