The new tab switcher menu is already possible to try the test version of the browser - Chrome Canary. Whether it is more convenient than the old vertical menu? It is difficult to say, because the elongated with screen smartphone is always more convenient to scroll vertically. But in the new version of the thumbnail do not overlap each other: they can see without scrolling. Close tab you can swipe up or down.
