Google has released a large number of applications for Android, and most of them instantly became leaders in their categories. It seems that the same fate awaits the new File Manager Files Go.
The program was created as part of Android Go initiative, which aims at the creation and development of budget smartphones for emerging markets. It is therefore not surprising that the application Files Go weighs only 10 MB and works with jet speed.
The main window is divided into two tabs: "Storage" and "Files". Under "Storage", you can view general report on the availability of free space on the device and perform a series of operations to increase it. We are talking about cleaning the system from the application cache, temporary files and other debris.
Files Go can also find duplicate files and applications that you have not run. Automatically it does not remove the program, but only provides a list of detected items for your final decision.
In the "Files" you can view all user data, divided into categories. Folders are presented as a series of horizontal tabs, there are two variants of representation: tiles and thumbnails with detailed data.
When you select any file becomes available menu commands, with which you can rename an item, moved or copied to another location, view its properties.
File Manager Files Go is still in the testing phase, so install it in the usual way on Google Play will not work. But you can download the installation file from APKMirror and install it on your smartphone running Android 5.0 or newer.
