Google introduced Stadia - own game cloud service. He appears at once on multiple platforms - computers, televisions, mobile devices and even browsers. A powerful PC is not required - will be fast enough connection to the network.
At the conference, GDC 2019 the company showed how a person plays first on the Chromebook, then continues on the phone, and then switch on the PC. Games start in a few seconds and start at the point at which the user stopped. Among the projects that have demonstrated a Google - Assassin's Creed Odyssey and Doom Eternal.
Stadia will be able to broadcast the games at 60 frames per second at 4K resolution and support for HDR. In the future, Google plans to add support for 120 frames per second and resolution of 8K.
The company will release to service gamepad Stadia Controller - roughly the same as in the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The Controller will connect to the cloud by Wi-Fi, on it there will be separate button to sign into YouTube and Google Assistant call.
Streaming will be responsible for Google's data centers located in more than 200 countries around the world. The company intends to make them available to developers so that they can produce games for the service. In multiplayer, you can play with users on different platforms.
