Practices of resource states - course 3500 rub. from MIF, training 4 online meetings, Date: December 7, 2023.
Miscellaneous / / December 10, 2023
Being in a resourceful state means looking at things not through the bottleneck of fear, but through the realization that we have the strength to cope. Stay involved in the situation, but don't lose yourself. Find inner support to take care of loved ones.
During the course we will learn to find contact with ourselves, return to the “here and now” and gain access to our resources. Let's create a space where you can take a deep breath... and exhale.
This is a practical course:
At each meeting we will do exercises and meditations. They will help us acquire the qualities necessary to prevent a gusty wind from blowing us away.
- Flexibility
- Adaptability
- Fluidity
- Sustainability
What is meditation?
Meditation is a training for the mind that helps you “jump out” from the frantic rhythm of life. She is not attached to any religion. Science confirms that meditation literally changes the brain. The volume of gray matter in some areas increases, connections become stronger, stress, anxiety, and negative attitudes weaken. We become immune to emotional “attack.” With the effect of the “three Bs”: fast, free, harmless.
Why do this now?
- React more calmly to what is happening around you
- Take better care of those around you, including yourself.
- Feel the inner support
- Improve your well-being
- Get back quality rest and sleep
- Taking care of yourself is not selfish, but a necessity. We have no one but us. Your loved ones have no one but you. By taking care of yourself, you take care of those around you.
