The goal of the program is to retrain personnel for federal, regional and municipal executive authorities in the field of tourism, professional public organizations, tourism industry enterprises, educational organizations specializing in specialized tourism education based on what was developed at Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov educational standard of higher professional education in the direction "Tourism".

- Mastering technologies for organizing and interacting tourism market participants based on a cluster approach
