How to make a beautiful portrait
Tips / / December 19, 2019
In order to make a quality picture, not necessarily to be a professional photographer or a very photogenic model. Of course, there are people who love the camera, and that look good on either side. Just as there are people with magical hands, who turns anyone in the picture perfectly. Anyone can become a model, and anyone can be a photographer. Just the whole thing in perspective.
Joe Sinnott, a professional photographer, gives tips on how to properly do a portrait.
Lighting. If bright sunlight will fall to someone's face, it will be very clear and deep shadows (sharply defined nasolabial folds - not a very good option for the photo). Do you need a diffuse light. If you do not have a special reflector, either select the weather with a light haze of clouds, a time of the day - literally 30 minutes after sunrise or before sunset 30-40 minutes, or just go into the shadows.
Focus. In order to not distract the person from the background, you must set the focus on your face and leave the background is blurred.
Eye line. The model should look you straight in the lens, and you have to lift it literally 20-30 degrees left eye line.
And, of course, do not forget to smile about! Happy people always look good;)
