The PICK (Keys to the Future) learning system is a unique development of the Laboratory of Language, Intercultural and Creative Competencies at the Department of Psychology of the National Research University Higher School of Economics, based on the latest research. This system allows you to integrate techniques for developing key skills, in this case creativity, into the regular educational process. This takes into account the latest pedagogical methods, the characteristics of personality psychology, and the sociocultural environment in which learning takes place.

The program consists of three modules, each of which can be used separately or together with others:

1) creativity,

2) multilingualism, that is, the ability and willingness to communicate in a multilingual environment, and

3) multiculturalism, that is, the ability to navigate, communicate and interact with people in the context of other cultures.

Not only are these skills the most in-demand in today's world; in total they become the foundation of systemic human adaptation in the modern world.

After training in the “The World is Open to Everyone” program, you will teach your students:
