The program gives an idea of ​​vegetation as a component of the landscape, which has gone through a long and complex path of development. Students will become acquainted with plant communities of natural areas and the characteristics of continental flora.

We will talk about some relict representatives of ancient eras, systematic groups and communities of plants.

Students will learn about symmetry in the plant world and its use as a systematic feature to determine species identity and as a criterion of ecological state.

Classes are accompanied by virtual excursions, interactive games and exciting creative tasks using the museum’s exposition and herbarium materials.
