1. Methodology for teaching and organizing project activities in the field of ecology for schoolchildren
1.1 Scientific and methodological foundations for organizing educational, professional, project, research and other activities of students. Goals and objectives of organizing student project activities. Selection and justification of the research topic in accordance with the discipline being studied and the age groups of schoolchildren, an individual approach. Mandatory sections and structure of project work, requirements for them.
1.2 Technologies for analyzing situations for project activities. Situational analysis and its types. Traditional case study. Brainstorming technology. One question format. Group discussion.
2. The order of work on the project: goal setting, formulation of tasks, choice of research methods, experimental part of the work, literature review, interpretation of results, presentation of the project.
2.1 Setting project goals and objectives. General scheme for performing chemical analysis. Methods for extracting determined components from soils. Measurement methods. Units of quantities used in chemical analysis of soils. Methods of expressing soil test results. Techniques for performing laboratory work. Calculations in chemical analysis of soils.
2.2 Principles of organizing and conducting laboratory and field research. Labor protection and safety requirements when organizing work. Material and technical equipment of the laboratory: equipment, glassware, reagents. Requirements for measuring instruments, testing and auxiliary equipment, rules for working with them. 3.2 Rules for the establishment and preparation of the experimental site. Requirements for organizing field experience. Rules for laying out and describing the soil section, rules for describing the landscape and vegetation.
