Program is aimed at gaining knowledge in the field of building a talent management system in modern flexible organizations, developing skills in auditing the level of development of an organization and its corporate culture.

As part of this course Students will gain knowledge in the field of building a holistic and at the same time flexible talent management system: from brand building employer and selection through identification and development of high potential, development, rotation and succession planning to retention the best workers. Students will learn to analyze and take into account the specifics of decentralized, self-governing “turquoise” organizations when building a talent management system.

As a result of training Students will gain skills in attracting, developing and retaining talent in decentralized autonomous organizations.
