At professional HR conferences and meetings with colleagues from Russian corporations, questions are often raised that arise due to the insufficiently developed HR function. But just discussing these problems is not enough. Our team realized that some important aspects cannot be taught quickly and on the spot - they require an in-depth analysis of the organization's current level of growth and its strategy. We created the “Strategic HR” program to teach a strategic approach to the implementation of the HR function. We have collected the main trends and trends in working with the personnel of leading enterprises on the market and added various practical cases.
During training, we turn to the best practices of the professional community, analyze the problems of your business and receive feedback from HR experts.
The course is designed in a modular format. Face-to-face modules take place once a month and last 2 days. Between modules, you will find homework, online sessions with experts, workshops on individual projects, and work on your project under the guidance of a tutor. You will receive educational materials in convenient formats: recordings of classes, presentations, additional literature.

Send by email [email protected] documents necessary for drawing up the contract: scans of a diploma of higher education, passport spreads with photos and registration, SNILS number, documents confirming a change of name (if available).

The marketing department manager will send you a contract and a receipt/invoice for payment. Sign the contract and pay the invoice before the program opening date.
