Purpose of the course: formation of reading and writing skills, development of four types of speech activity (speaking, listening, reading and writing), dialogical and monologue speech, enrichment and activation of the dictionary, development of phonemic hearing, formation of spelling vigilance, mastering the foundations of the future literacy.
Learning to write occurs in parallel with learning to read, taking into account the principle of coordination of oral and written speech.
The content of the online course meets the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for primary general education."
Who will benefit from the course?
The course is intended for children aged 6 years 6 months to 8 years who are starting to learn to read and write in Russian.
What knowledge does the course provide?
Children learn what speech is and how oral speech differs from written speech. They learn to divide words into syllables, find a stressed syllable and build sound models of words. There is a distinction between the concepts of “sound” and “letter”.
What skills does the course provide?
Children learn to write titles, compose oral and written texts of 3-5 sentences, apply learned rules in writing, remember the spelling of dictionary words, and distinguish words.
