The goal of the program is for students to gain competencies in the use of standardized psychological tests (SPT) in various psychological practices (in the work of a school psychologist, educational psychologist, clinical psychologist and etc.). Students of the program will receive both a general understanding of the technologies for developing methods (from identifying the subject of measurement and its description to compiling a tool using tasks of various forms, as well as interpreting the results and providing various forms of feedback communications), and an algorithm for assessing the quality of existing methods, which will help you make the right choice in the context of your professional activities.
A special feature of the program is that this program is aimed primarily at practicing psychologists. The program will help you navigate modern diagnostic tools - how they work, what distinguishes a good test from unsuitable for work, what principles should be used to choose methods for your work, interpret the results and give feedback clients, patients.
