How to overcome laziness and start acting

I brought a couple of ways that help me to struggle with laziness and start to act. Here is the first.
I know that you, as I often can not bring yourself and start acting. Under the "act" I understand a lot: start work, exercise, or start wake up early in the morning. In this article I want to tell you about one of the ways that helps me to get out of the "swamp of doing nothing" and start acting.

Surprisingly, it worked. In those days when I do not want to deal with these things, I still just starting to make their for check. Perhaps this is not the best solution, but the most interesting is after when in the time I forget about the application, and the habit remains engaged.
