Do you need to assess the attractiveness of an investment project, analyze the project’s risks and the effectiveness of investment decisions under conditions of uncertainty? Do you want to develop a business plan that will help you make a profit?
The program will consider net present value (NPV) methods, the discounted project payback method (PP), profitability index (PI) method, internal rate of return (IRR) method, modified rate of return method (MIRR). You will learn about the practice of evaluating investment projects and examine different approaches to this process. Together with experienced teachers, you will practice modeling the cash flow of projects, assessing fixed assets, and calculating the annual map of “financial stakes” (income) of project participants.
