This course is devoted to strategy analysis based on the updated BABOK® Guide v standard. 3.
The theoretical material is accompanied by real-life examples illustrating the stages of business analysis that need to be carried out to identify the need for changes that are significant from the point of view of business strategies and tactics, in order to help enterprise management understand the need for such changes and develop a strategy for their implementation, taking into account higher and lower strategies levels.
In addition, as part of this course, students will complete a number of exercises through which they will be able to gain practical experience in developing IT strategies.
