4-5 hours/week.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy is a host software with proven effectiveness. In IFS, work is carried out through the prism of the internal parts of a person - protective parts (Managers and Firefighters), Exiles and Self energy - the true Self.
Every week you watch a two-hour video lecture with theory. In online classes, you only practice skills under the supervision of teachers.
Studying can be combined with work: on average, the course will require 4-5 hours per week.
Practical classes every week for 2.5 hours — practice skills with two teachers, analyze the work of IFS therapists online, and get answers to questions. There are no more than 18 people per teacher, so he can pay attention to each student.
Work under supervision in a mini-group of 6 people — conduct game sessions in the IFS approach with fellow students under the supervision of a supervisor and experienced assistants, and receive feedback. It takes place 2 times per course, so all participants have time to try themselves in the roles of therapist, client and observer.
Final exam — receive a description of a client case and consider it through the prism of IFS using a ready-made template + answer questions on theory in writing
