Xiaomi released new top-end robot vacuum cleaner Mijia All-in-One Sweep and Mop Robot M30 Pro. Its main feature was a module with steel blades in the base, thanks to which the robot can get rid of hair wound on the brush without human help. This does not add dirt: the cut hair is pulled into the waste container, and from there into the bag inside the base.

The vacuum cleaner received a system for identifying objects and dirt: thanks to artificial intelligence, it recognizes 55 types of household items, and also understands when it was not possible to clear the dirt on the first go and needs to go through more once. LED lighting helps it scan its surroundings in the dark, and laser navigation is used to create a map of the room.

The M30 Pro offers 7000 Pa suction power. There is a carpet recognition mode: when driving onto such a surface, the robot will pick up rags so as not to spoil anything.

To deal with difficult stains, the vacuum cleaner heats water to 60 C - the manufacturer claims that this allows it to scrub even old sauce stains. There is no need to dry the rags by hand: the base itself will dry them with hot air in two hours without unnecessary noise.

M30 Pro syncs with Mi Home and supports voice control. Considering that this is a Chinese version, commands can only be given through Xiao AI and only in Chinese. The global version may add support for other assistants and languages. The settings in the application are standard: cleaning mode, virtual walls, zone cleaning settings, automation and scripts.

A 4,800 mAh battery is enough to clean a room of up to 240 m² in one go. One dust bag is enough for 75 days of regular cleaning. Tanks for clean and waste water have a capacity of 4 liters. The volumes of the dust container and water tank in the robot itself are not specified. The base can be connected to water supply and sewerage for self-cleaning and filling with fresh water.

Xiaomi Mijia All-in-One Sweep and Mop Robot M30 Pro is priced at 4,699 yuan (≈59,100 rubles), but the first buyers will receive it with discount - for 3,699 yuan (≈46,500 rubles) The new product has already gone on sale in China, there is no word yet on the release of the global version reported.

Until you understand the biomechanics of movement and the involvement of the desired muscle in work, you will simply flush the time spent in the gym down the toilet. The simulator is a tool for those with experience who understand how to position themselves in it and what trajectory to take. Its main advantage is that you can just load the weight that would be impossible or dangerous to do with free weights. It's unfortunate when newbies at the gym do verts. craving for the chest with one pathetic tile and everything works for them except the back. Of course, there is an option to immediately hire a trainer who will install the correct equipment in the simulator, but I often see that they are not capable of this. You need to watch videos, see how experienced people do it, and only then your brain will help your body, and not a guy on the side or a trainer that seems to move in one trajectory (he may be moving, but your body has a million options for movement, and a beginner does not have those correct patterns that will lead to progress).
