Workshop: resource-based and resource-based
Miscellaneous / / December 06, 2023
The Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation has made significant changes to the procedure for determining the cost of construction products on the territory of the Russian Federation: canceled many methods, new methods have been approved and a completely new approach has been developed to determine the estimated cost of resource method.
All organizations will switch to the resource method of drawing up construction estimates - at the current price level. If you are already working in this field and want to update your knowledge, be sure to take this workshop!
During the classes you will become familiar with the latest regulatory documents necessary for drawing up cost estimates in construction using the resource method.
Most of the time you will practice drawing up estimate documentation in Microsoft Excel 2019/2016 and the Smeta.ru and GrandSmeta 2021 programs.
The course program was developed taking into account the requirements of the professional standard “Specialist in the field of planning and economic support of construction production.”
Students with higher education will receive a certificate of advanced training.
Learn to apply the resource method in your work! Come to the course!
