Mark Sasho is a visiting professor at the SKOLKOVO School of Management, discipline operational management. He holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management from Stanford University, an MBA from IESE Business School, University of Navarra, as well as a Master of Engineering in Aerospace Technology from the University of Stuttgart, Germany. His interests include process redesign, supply chain management and technology risk analysis.
Professor Sasho is the academic director of the “Top Managers Development Program” IESE Business School in Munich, which is intended for board members and owners companies. He teaches operational and strategic management in the corporate and MBA programs at IESE Business School. Mark Sasho has also taught at Standford University, Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in Spain and educational institutions in Latin America and China.
His scientific research in the field of automated supply chain management, management He conducts projects and technological risk analysis mainly in industrial sectors and automotive industry. Professor Sasho has published his work in academic journals such as IEEE Transactions and business publications such as the European Business Forum (EBF). He is the co-author of several books on operations management and process redesign.
Before starting his research and teaching career, Mark Sasho worked for several years at the German division of IBM in Stuttgart-Vaihingen. As a consultant, Professor Sasho has worked with such renowned companies as Morgan Stanley, Hugo Boss Industries, United Airlines, Merck KG and the Bonneville Energy Administration.

Vyacheslav Boltrukevich is a professor of business practice and academic director of educational programs at the SKOLKOVO School of Management.
Professor Boltrukevich defended his master's thesis and the dissertation of a candidate of economic sciences at Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov. Vyacheslav is an expert in the field of operational efficiency and production systems with extensive teaching experience in Executive MBA and corporate programs. His research interest is focused on studying approaches and models for improving business efficiency, operational strategies of companies in various industries, models of development of production systems of organizations and how they contribute to their development. Professor Boltrukevich is actively involved in publishing, publishing books on quality management, efficiency improvement and the development of production systems. Vyacheslav's academic experience includes leading corporate programs at the business school of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov and the opening of a master's program in operational efficiency at the National Research University Higher School of Economics.
Professor Boltrukevich has extensive experience working with top managers of large Russian companies. As Academic Director, he developed and delivered educational programs on operational excellence and production systems for companies such as Rusal, GAZ Group, En+, Ingosstrakh, OMK, Avtobahn, TNK-BP, Rosneft, MedHolding, PhosAgro. Vyacheslav is on the Board of Directors of Russian industrial companies. Since 2018, he has managed his own expert company, Lean Institute Russia, which implements educational and consulting projects in the field of efficiency and is part of the Lean expert network Global Network.
