Miscellaneous / / December 06, 2023
Man is a truly amazing creature. From his very birth, he has a huge number of possibilities. Even without turning to scientific sources and data from all kinds of research, one can understand that the human body and its organism are the greatest miracle of nature. For some, this is a reflection of the idea that man is created in the image and likeness of God, for others it is the result of a complex process thousand-year evolution, and some even believe that man is perfect, because... extraterrestrials are responsible for its creation civilization.
But let’s leave thoughts about the origin of the human race aside - regardless of how and why man was created, the essence does not change - he can be bluntly called a being of the highest level of development.
As soon as a person is born, he at the same moment begins to perceive the reality around him - he begins to feel the touch of his hands people who meet him in a new world for him, he begins to feel the taste of mother's milk and hear his parent's voice, through smell he for the first time he begins to distinguish smells and, of course, his eyes, which have opened for the first time, perceive the phenomena of the world in which he will spend his entire life life. And it is vision that is, perhaps, one of the most amazing and amazing human abilities.
Vision is something without which none of the people simply could function fully and adequately in life. the world around us (we will not touch on extraordinary cases), as well as what everyone needs in Everyday life. To be honest, there are not even examples to describe the importance and significance of vision in the life of each of us. Starting from the banal performance of the simplest functions in childhood - looking at pictures, collecting cubes, perceiving the faces of relatives, tying shoelaces, etc. up to more complex activities - study, work, interaction with other people and the outside world - literally in everything that a person has to face, he needs to operate vision.
Based on the idea of the indescribable importance of vision in a person’s life, as well as the fact that the vision of the vast majority of people deteriorates over time, we created a special a course of lessons aimed at equipping people with the knowledge and skills of preserving, restoring, treating and training vision, as well as preventing many visual diseases apparatus.
In the Vision Development course, you will learn everything you may need to work with your vision, starting from theoretical foundations that will help you understand the mechanics the process of vision itself, to basic and special exercises and sets of exercises for full work not only with the eyes, but with the entire visual apparatus at all. And at the end of the course, we will introduce you to additional materials - books on vision development, the authors of which are only professionals in this field.
What is vision development?
Before we talk about what vision development is, let's refresh our memory about the concept of vision from a scientific point of view.
Human vision or, to put it differently, visual perception is the process of psychophysiological processing of visual data coming from the surrounding world, which is carried out by the visual system.
Vision helps to obtain an idea of the size, perspective (shape) and color of objects, as well as their location and the distance between them.
Due to the fact that visual perception consists of a fairly large number of stages, its individual characteristics are considered from the perspective of different sciences:
- optics (including biophysics);
- biochemistry;
- physiology;
- psychology.
Any stage of perception is characterized by the presence of failures, errors and distortions, but the brain compares the data accordingly, processes them and makes its own corrections, thanks to which a person sees an adequate picture in which chromatic and spherical aberrations (deviations) and “blind” spots have been eliminated, and color correction has been carried out, a stereoscopic image has been formed and etc.
As is easy to see, vision is not only an important process, but also extremely complex. Considering that the visual apparatus consists of many elements, failures even in one of them entail various excesses.
To avoid any visual problems, it is recommended to practice your vision. Agree that if a person wants to have a beautiful and strong body, he must train it; if he wants to have healthy and large lungs, he must also exercise them - running, doing breathing exercises, etc. It’s the same with vision - so that it does not deteriorate, does not weaken, and maintains its clarity and sharpness, it needs to be developed and train.
Vision development includes:
- sets of exercises and individual exercises for the eyes;
- special gymnastics for the eyes;
- giving up bad habits and forming habits that are good for vision;
- special diet;
- prevention of diseases of the visual apparatus using natural preparations.
Proper adherence to recommendations developed by specialists in the field of vision treatment and restoration, based on which the presented course was created will allow any person to achieve tangible results. Of course, we won’t talk about 100% guarantees that you will be forever insured against vision problems (and more than one specialist will tell you will not give such guarantees), however we can safely say that your chances of maintaining excellent vision throughout your life are significantly will increase.
Results of work with vision:
- maximum reduction in the likelihood of developing vision diseases;
- maintaining clear and precise vision throughout life;
- general strengthening of the condition of the visual apparatus and the body as a whole.
And secondary results can also include improved well-being, changes in lifestyle, increased vitality, and normalization of mental and emotional state.
There are very, very many positive aspects in working with vision, but there are simply no negative ones. In addition, if you want to have a truly strong, strong and healthy body in the full sense of the word, you cannot do without developing your vision.
Application of knowledge on vision development
Application of knowledge on vision development is very useful and necessary in the life of every person skill, both for those who have vision problems and for those who do not have these problems experiences. Being able to work with the visual apparatus and influence the visual system, a person becomes capable, if necessary, help yourself get rid of some relevant difficulties, and secondly, help those who are nearby - friends, relatives, relatives.
But we should not forget that before applying any such knowledge (no matter for yourself or another person), the first thing to do is you need to consult with an ophthalmologist - he should diagnose your vision to understand the condition of it is currently located, and give recommendations: it is necessary to do prevention or treatment, what can be used for this, and what should be avoided abstain, etc.
The fact is that there are cases when a person, suffering from some kind of visual ailment, begins to self-medicate by performing some exercises or even using certain drugs, which in the end can lead to exactly the opposite consequences. For example, if a person has a detached retina, and he begins to engage in activities that are not suitable for this disease, exercises for the eyes, this can provoke complications of the disease and threaten vision loss at all.
The effect on the vision of children under 15 years old deserves special attention, because It is up to this age that the visual system is in a state formation and development, and any outside intervention without prior consultation with a specialist can also cause irreversible consequences.
You should always work with your eyes extremely carefully and prudently, and consulting an ophthalmologist is only one of the nuances. In addition, it is very important to study in detail and carefully the material regarding restoration, development, preservation and especially treatment of vision, in order to have an idea of in what cases what is possible undertake. And this should become the basis of your activities of the presented nature. To put it in simpler and more accessible language, you need to be able to work with vision.
How to learn this?
Despite the fact that a person sees and uses his eyes from birth, the skill of their development and correct application (correct application, since you also need to be able to use your eyes) from birth, unfortunately, he does not have available. In addition, this skill is very, very rarely instilled in a person, even as he grows up. Yes, we are all taught not to sit close in front of the TV, not to read in poor lighting, not to touch our eyes with dirty hands, etc., but these are just the basics. In fact, proper use of the eyes includes other features as well.
But like any other skill, using your eyes and developing your vision can be learned. It is not only possible to learn it, but it is absolutely necessary; This is especially true for those who have a genetic predisposition to vision problems - such people are more susceptible than others to developing eye diseases and visual defects.
Another good news is that to master the skill we are considering, you do not need to receive any additional education or attend, for example, master classes, lectures and seminars - for this you just need to find a suitable tool, which, in fact, is our course, and use them. So if you can read and understand what is written, then you already have everything you need to become your own vision specialist.
So, before taking our “Vision Development” course, you should know that it includes two main parts – theoretical and practical:
- Theoretical part is the information basis on which our entire program is based. Keep in mind that the basis was not invented by us, but was compiled over the years by domestic and foreign specialists who have studied and are studying vision in all its aspects, nuances and manifestations
-
Practical part is a material designed for practical use by you in your daily life. And note: practice is the most important part, because... it is on this that success is based - this the truth applies to absolutely all areas and spheres of human life and activity, including vision
Try our game, in which we have included several universal exercises for developing and maintaining vision (we recommend expanding the game to full screen):
It would also be useful to make a small disclaimer: despite the fact that the practical part is very important, a huge number of people pay maximum attention and strength in mastering theory, i.e. thoroughly study the proposed material, becoming professional theorists, but practical activity never finds its way implementation. And here it is very important to understand that theory and practice are two sides of the same coin, i.e. how practice has never been possible without theoretical foundations, so even the best theory in the world will always remain just stupid information baggage if it is not reflected in practical aspect.
Taking all this into account, when compiling the course, we tried to make sure that as you study it, you constantly maintain motivation and the desire to finish what you started - to complete the course to the end. We have “diluted” the material with illustrations and many exercises, maximally adapted for use by any person and in any environment, and you will begin to see the first results literally after several days of systematic classes. But we’ll talk about this later, but for now we’ll briefly talk about each of the lessons.
How to take classes?
The process of completing the classes themselves may cause a certain difficulty for you, as a person studying our course, because the topic development of vision is in no way inferior in terms of its seriousness to any other topic relating to human development in one or another form. However, as, again, has already been said several times, we compiled the lessons so that the theoretical and practical data were extremely convenient for perception and application. But, of course, we cannot take the course for you, because... Our task is to provide you with information, and what you do with it is your own business.
However, we want to point out once again that everything you learn will be of no value to you or anyone else unless you put it into practice. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you create a study plan that you will follow.
To begin with, let’s say that the entire process of learning lessons will be very conveniently divided into specific time periods. For example, you can do this: on Monday you study the first theoretical lesson, on Tuesday you go over it again in order to refresh the main points. On Wednesday you study the second lesson, and on Thursday you refresh your memory in exactly the same way. On Friday you can start studying the third lesson (this time practical) and on Saturday you can refresh your memory again by adding practical exercises. Then on Sunday you can take a day off, and start the fourth lesson on the second Monday. In total, the entire course will take you a maximum of two weeks.
The scheme that we presented is, by and large, standard - we recommend it to people who are taking one or another 4Brain course. You can design your own circuit if you wish. We also strongly recommend that after studying the course, you create a lesson plan for each day, i.e. arrange your daily schedule in such a way that you always have 10-15 minutes to do exercises for vision. Remember: training and developing your vision should become your habit - an integral part of life - only this will become the condition under which your vision will always remain excellent.
Lessons on vision development
Having selected the most, in our opinion, informative and effective sources of information on the topic of vision development, as well as adapting all reworked material for easier perception, understanding, assimilation and application, we have developed five lessons on development vision. From them you will learn a lot of useful, important and interesting things about vision, and also get acquainted with quite a large number of exercises.
We bring to your attention a brief overview of each of the lessons.
Lesson 1. How does human vision work?
Vision, as we have already mentioned, is the tool through which a person receives most of the information about the world around him. The visual system, which has an incredibly complex structure, is responsible for this. If at least one of the elements of this system were missing, it would simply cease to function, and a person would plunge into darkness. To understand the process of vision itself, you need to know what the visual apparatus itself is and understand its structure. This will give food for thought about what can affect vision in general, and therefore help to avoid potential problems.
From the first lesson you will learn about what elements the human visual apparatus consists of, how the process of vision occurs - how in general an image is formed of what a person sees, what focusing is, what significance the retina has for vision, how information enters brain. The material is accompanied by very interesting and rather unusual facts, as well as illustrations for each section of the lesson.
Lesson 2. Methods of vision restoration
In the process of life, a person’s vision becomes worse, and this is an irrefutable fact. The reason for this can be completely different circumstances, such as heredity (genetic predisposition), the impact of stress and mental stress, lifestyle and work characteristics, environmental and even social factors. And if you don’t make an effort, your vision won’t be able to recover on its own, which means that he needs help and every support in this. And it’s very encouraging that nowadays you can find many ways to have a positive effect on your vision.
In the second lesson we will talk about whether vision can be restored at all, as well as about the methods of vision restoration themselves. You will learn about orthopedic methods of vision restoration (glasses, contact lenses, etc.), vision restoration through training of the eye muscles, folk, medicinal, surgical and alternative methods of recovery vision.
Lesson 3. General exercises to preserve vision
Any person is able to master methods that will help him maintain good vision for many years. Of course, this requires a reliable source of information, a solid dose of perseverance and willpower, because performing any exercises, if you want to get results, should always be systematic and regular. But the fact remains that it is possible to preserve vision, and for this it is not at all necessary to have unusual skills, an extraordinary mind or superpowers.
The third lesson is the lesson with which the practical part of the entire course begins. It will talk about exercises for blood circulation and intraocular fluid, exercises for training the extraocular muscles, exercises to improve accommodation and others.
Lesson 4. Exercises for the treatment and prevention of vision diseases
Being able to maintain vision is a skill that is certainly important and necessary. But, unfortunately, it does not always remain effective, because if vision begins to be affected by any ailment, exercises to preserve vision will, at best, be useless. In such situations, it is necessary to resort to more specific methods designed to heal from any specific eye disease (after consulting with a specialist, naturally).
The fourth lesson is the most voluminous in the entire course, because... it covers not only exercises, but also the most common vision diseases: myopia, hypermetropia, strabismus, astigmatism, nystagmus, amblyopia, cataracts, glaucoma and some others. The first part of the lesson will give a brief description of the diseases and indicate the reasons for their recovery, and the second will give exercises for the treatment and prevention of each of the diseases mentioned.
Lesson 5. Sets of exercises for daily training and vision prevention
Regardless of what the state of health of a person’s eyes is at a particular point in time, he should always keep him in good shape, because, like any part of the body, in order for it to be healthy, it, as they say, needs to be “engaged” - trained and systematically carried out prevention. If this is not done, then the functioning of the visual apparatus will begin to malfunction over time, as a result of which vision will become worse, the eye muscles will weaken, problems with accommodation will appear, or some other problems will arise, including diseases eye. In short, your eyes need to be trained - there are special exercises for this.
In the fifth lesson we will present to you four large complexes for training and preventing vision for every day and special exercises for the eyes, among which there will be gymnastics for the eyes with working on a computer from William Bates - a leading expert in the field of vision health, gymnastics for the eyes when driving a car and gymnastics for removing strong eyesight fatigue.
