Purpose of the program – improving the competencies of students in the field of lobbying, GR, promoting public and corporate interests in government bodies at the federal, regional and local levels.

Particular attention in the program is paid to the analysis and formalization of group interests, identification of decision-making centers and “veto” centers, strategic planning and political management of a lobbying campaign, identifying and countering competing lobbying campaigns, tools for effective public positioning corporate structures.

An important section of the program consists of issues of working in the information space, including countering information attacks on different levels, management of public and non-public conflicts, decision-making in conditions of incomplete information and confrontation, conducting negotiations and mediation, facilitating decision-making and coordination of interests, including in intercultural conditions communications.

The requirement for students is higher education.
