Due to the fact that we used to rely on their electronic handheld device, to memorize phone numbers and addresses it was not necessary. And because of that, we relaxed so much that is not able to remember a phone number or a standard shopping list of 10 items. However, for a truly productive, our memory should be in full combat readiness. Therefore, it is necessary to constantly train. And the older we get, the more we have to do it.
Digital Appliances / Rhyme - a simple way to remember the sequence listings.
A good example of a reference system - the use of a system in which information is tied to you known sequence (the numbers 1 to 10), for creation of word ligaments. In addition to the simple memorization of lists, the system works and remembering images. At the initial level, you will be able to remember simple lists - for example, lists the presidents of the member countries or of any contract. The transition to a more complex level will allow you to memorize the order of complex code.
How it works?
This technique helps to build a picture in your mind that are associated with numbers. Numbers represent you in the form of things that rhyme with them.
Standard scheme: One - Paladin, Two - Water Three - Confetti and so on. You pick up these rhymes that you can easily remember and associate in his mind with the number.
Then you need to link these numbers to the list that you want to learn. For example, you need to memorize a list of the Greek philosophers. Number one you are Parmenov and you present it in the form of a paladin with a long cloak and sword. Number two - Heraclitus, and you represent the river, sea, lake, waterfall - all that is associated with water. And so on with all the work list.
After a little practice, try to write down the names of philosophers on a piece of paper. You must do this, not trying to remember their names, and their number in the list. Then these numbers will be associated with the image. In the end, you will be able to immediately recall the names of philosophers, simply by presenting a picture-bundle in the head.
This system works well with lists of up to 10 points. there are other, no less interesting, and rather strange at first glance, the methods for remembering longer lists;)
