The proposed course is based on the official recommendations of the Project Management Institute (PMI®) and will allow you master project management standards in the organization in accordance with the recommendations and best practices of the Project Management Institute (PMI)®. The training is based on the leading international project management standard PMI® PMBOK® Guide v.7 (2021). The course program uses materials from the latest standard 21502:2020 and the Russian Section of the Project Management Institute (PMI)®.
The training is based on a combination of theoretical materials and practical tasks. During the training process, you will develop skills necessary for a project manager, such as the formation of project documentation, preparation and defense of the project before management of the company, forming a project team and human resource management, monitoring and evaluating the progress of the project, completing the project and studying the accumulated experience.
