PROGRAM FOR THE FIRST MONTHS OF TRAINING
MODULE 1
Preparing for pregnancy
YOU WILL LEARN:
how to organize nutrition, detox, psychological hygiene, nutraceutical support in preparation for pregnancy;
what minimum tests should married couples take to prepare for conception;
how to assess readiness for pregnancy based on physical signs;
how to help clients with PCOS and other reproductive problems;
how and why to influence the female microbiome;
what aspects of hematopoiesis should be taken into account when preparing for pregnancy and childbirth;
how a woman’s age affects the escort roadmap;
how a pregnancy preparation plan is developed - demonstration of the algorithm using a specific example (practice).
MODULE 2
Pregnancy, childbirth, recovery after childbirth
YOU WILL LEARN:
what characteristics and needs of the female body should be taken into account in the first, second and third trimesters of pregnancy;
what types of physical activity are suitable for expectant mothers;
how to design a diet and nutraceutical support when carrying a child;
what psycho-emotional relaxation practices should be recommended for a pregnant woman;
what legislative rights and benefits do pregnant and postpartum women have;
what childbirth options exist today;
how to plan recovery after childbirth and the establishment of breastfeeding, in particular what to pay attention to analyzes during this period, what nutraceutical support is needed, how to take care of the microbiome and how visceral massage;
how to create a pregnancy support plan (practice).
MODULE 3
Child health from 0 to 1 year
YOU WILL LEARN:
how to create a healthy sleep schedule for a baby under one year old;
how to overcome difficulties with breastfeeding and how to choose a breast milk substitute;
how the gastrointestinal tract functions in a child under one year old, what to do with constipation and diarrhea;
what are the characteristics of the baby’s skin and thermoregulation, as well as how to prevent atopic dermatitis (including the example of a clinical case), allergic reactions and other skin problems;
how the baby’s nervous and immune systems are formed and why they are disrupted;
how to introduce complementary foods and establish healthy eating behavior in a child;
how to plan postpartum recovery (practice).
MODULE 4
Health of a child 1-3 years old
YOU WILL LEARN:
how to formulate the diet and optimal eating behavior of a one to three year old child;
what are the characteristics of physical, emotional and intellectual development at the age of one to three years;
how to assess the nutritional status and general condition of the body of a child of this age group using tests and what basic nutraceuticals to recommend;
how to correct a baby’s sleep at this age;
how to prepare your child for kindergarten from an emotional and nutraceutical point of view;
how to successfully complete breastfeeding;
how to protect your child as much as possible from the toxic effects of the external environment;
how to write publications for an audience of mothers (practice).
MODULE 5
Health of a child 4-7 years old
YOU WILL LEARN:
how to plan the diet of a four to seven year old child;
how to prevent eating disorders at this age and what to do if problems already exist;
how to assess vitamin and mineral deficiencies using tests and which dietary supplements to include;
how to prevent disorders of physical, emotional and intellectual development, in particular flat feet, scoliosis, immunosuppression, dental problems;
how to introduce fermented foods and phytonutrients into children's diets;
how to work with scientific information on a children's topic and how to write expert articles for an audience of colleagues (practice).
