Program “Global vectors of development of a leader of the 21st century: Coach-Facilitator-Moderator-Mediator” is aimed at developing modern managerial competencies, without which it is difficult to imagine working in modern companies experiencing digital transformation and transformation of working with people.
The program reflects new approaches to developing leadership abilities and developing skills for successful professional work with a team. Modern challenges of the external environment require a quick response and the creation of a space in which employees express themselves at lightning speed. And our task is to fill this space with modern technologies of coaching, facilitation, moderation and mediation.
Coaching identifies potential and creates development space for employees of the organization. Facilitation is considered as one of the most modern and successful methods or technologies for discussing and resolving organizational issues, including those of a strategic nature. Expert competence is associated with the role of the leader of group work, such as a moderator, whose activities are aimed more at the content of the problem that the group is solving. Mediation in organizing group work is understood somewhat more broadly than mediation in negotiations.
Purpose of the program: introduce the tools of coaching, facilitation, moderation and mediation for making group decisions, employee involvement, use of human resources, development and implementation of necessary changes.
