Agile & PMBOK - a combination of flexible and classical project management methods - course RUB 24,900. from IBS Training Center, training 16 hours, Date November 26, 2023.
Miscellaneous / / December 05, 2023
This course is about how to cope with complex projects - tasks that need to be completed by a certain date, using teams of specialists, having a limited budget and a high level of uncertainty about the product and/or technology for its creation.
We deal with such projects when we develop and implement complex software, create new samples technological equipment, organize marketing research of new markets, create extraordinary engineering structures.
The course is based on the recommendations of the Project Management Institute (PMI), the international consortium ICAgile, Scrum.org.
Projects can be mixed - some of the required results are clear, but others are confusing and will be constantly revised during the course of the project. Such a complex problem cannot be solved using just one approach.
