I was pleasantly surprised by the simplicity and accessibility of the training.
Advantages: Convenient format of lectures, presentation of material is accessible, tasks are really practical, interesting and useful. Disadvantages: I would like a separate module on biomechanics. Completed the Gym Instructor course. I thought that I wouldn’t be able to learn, but I was pleasantly surprised: everything turned out to be simple, accessible, understandable, and interesting.
