But everyone knows that going barefoot is very useful. On the feet is a lot of important points which are responsible for the functioning of internal organs. In this, it is necessary to knead and massage them. But what if you do not have time for this, and we occasionally forget about it?
Everything is very simple. We are at home or buy in the store a tennis ball. Bring it to work, we remove the sandals and sit, roll under the table foot ball.
