Unfortunately, life constantly throws us “tests,” sometimes even driving us into forced isolation, which undoubtedly affects our psychological health.
In 2019, humanity faced a large-scale COVID-19 pandemic. In its conditions, many people were deprived of external control and left to their own devices. Everyone is affected to varying degrees by procrastination, laziness, and feelings of loneliness.
During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, social isolation has become one of the pressing problems of society. It can be encountered in life under other conditions (for example, with a number of serious illnesses, both mental and physical).
It is useful to have an idea about this phenomenon and know what consequences it may have in order to protect yourself in case something happens and know how to act. After all, social isolation is not only about the story of Robinson Crusoe, it can affect everyone due to circumstances beyond our control.
Every person experiences the feeling of loneliness at different stages of their life. Someone finds it with gratitude and pleasure, but for others it can be dragging and painful, destructive and depriving of strength. There is not always an idea of actions in such circumstances, because life continues, but seems to freeze.
This course will help you figure out why you are unable to manage your activities and what to do about it in order to increase your own productivity. After completing this course, you will master self-regulation techniques that will allow you to improve your emotional state, increase concentration, relieve excess stress and get the desired job mood.
In addition, with the help of this course you will be able to understand the reasons for your own feelings of loneliness and get techniques that will help you cope with your condition or at least alleviate it.
In this course, we tried to present the basic material as clearly as possible and, of course, provide those practical tools that will allow you to improve the standard of your life!
