To snatch your own life from the clutches of burnout and stress.
You will see the difference between normal fatigue, burnout and depression. Learn to listen to your body's signals and learn how to help yourself. You will understand how to find a resource within yourself and manage your emotions, master simple relaxation practices and work on stress resistance.
We do not give miraculous instructions on how to awaken superpowers in yourself, nor strange charts of labor productivity, nor advice on how to organize work and life “sensibly.” Only working practices. Whether you are just starting to boil or are already seething with all your might, hold on. It will become easier.
Three heroes will take the course with us: Katya, Mila and Sergey. Each of them has its own story. Using their example, it will be easier to understand why even a favorite job or family can lead to burnout.
The characters are very different, but at some point they all felt that life had taken a wrong turn. What are they doing wrong and how can you learn to notice warning signs in your life? We will talk about this during the course. Psychologist Maria Danina will help you figure it out.
Neuropsychologist, training specialist, co-founder of the Be smart and CogA projects, whose task is to transform complex ideas from neuroscience, cognitive science and psychology into accessible techniques for developing the brain and improving quality of life.
Psychologist with 10 years of experience in advisory and psychocorrectional work, including with people with mental disorders and disabilities. She conducts a psychotherapeutic practice, uses the Jungian sandbox method, and uses art therapeutic techniques in her work.
