5 modules:
1) Enterprise planning. Business plan structure. Summary and descriptive section.
In the introductory module, we will discuss the basic principles of planning, where this process begins, and also touch on the topic of creating a business plan and describe its structure.
2) Marketing section of the business plan. Market research.
In this module we continue our discussion of the structure of a business plan. We will analyze the marketing section in detail and describe the key elements that allow us to obtain a marketing plan for the project.
3) Product plan. Sales plan. Pricing.
This module is devoted to creating a product plan for a project. In particular, we will talk about such important things as the product life cycle and determining the most important properties of the product. Among other things, the module contains various pricing methods, ABC analysis, and the Kano method. The topics discussed are a direct continuation of the previous module and will allow you to form a full-fledged marketing strategy for the project.
4) Planning of advertising and promotion.
In this module we will discuss the advertising aspect of a business plan. We will analyze the main promotion channels, types of advertising, as well as methods that allow us to evaluate the effectiveness of any advertising campaign. Upon completion of the module, the student will be able to independently organize a media plan and project promotion program.
5) Organizational, operational and financial plan.
To conclude this course, we will discuss the final elements of a business plan. At the end of this module, the student will become familiar with the key features of a particular organizational and legal form and will see what opportunities exist in the field of tax optimization of the project. In addition, we will touch upon the topic of human resource planning for the project and production, and also consider the financial component of the business plan and its key indicators.
