Lecture 1. What is burnout? Let's look at what CMEA generally is, who is most susceptible to it and in what periods of life, what are the aggravating and mitigating factors in its course.
Lecture 2. Diagnosis of emotional burnout. We will analyze test methods of varying complexity for diagnosing SEV in a team; Let's talk about native diagnostic methods without using complex tests (as applied to family and friends) and touch on self-diagnosis techniques. Let's consider additional tools for diagnosing SEV, the pros and cons of various diagnostic tools, and select the most suitable ones for some specific situations. Let's look at the list of questions that need to be asked for a deeper and more competent assessment of the results of your observations.
Lecture 3. Help for those who are burning out. Let's look at emergency assistance that can be provided to employees or loved ones experiencing burnout in the acute phase. Let's talk about the recommendations that they will need to provide, and how to generally organize work to get out of the CMEA state. Let's consider a self-help algorithm and a balance wheel as a tool for planning a strategy to overcome SEV.
Lecture 4. Prevention of emotional burnout. Let's consider various methods of preventing SEW in a team (both in a small team or department, and in a large company), and we will analyze in detail the checklist for preventing SEV. Let's talk about techniques for developing psychological stability and lability under stress.
Lecture 5. Managing emotions and factors influencing them. Let's figure out what the skill of self-regulation is and train it. Let's determine how much we are able to realize, express and control our emotions. What is relaxation, ideomotor acts, goal setting and positive inner speech, how we influence it and how it can affect us.
