Victoria Mikhailova, after studying at the Faculty of Oriental and African Studies at St. Petersburg State University, received an MBA degree from HEC Paris in 1997. Victoria began her professional journey in Paris in 1990 at the catering company Potel & Chabot (Bongrain group of companies). She worked her way up from an assistant to the director of marketing and commerce of the Bongren group for Russia and the former USSR countries. In 1997, she continued her career as Export Director of Groupe Berchet in France, then moved to the position of General Director of Berchet Polska.
In 2002, Victoria returned to Russia to head three of her own businesses: a strategic marketing consulting boutique, an IT integrator and a training company. A few years later, having implemented several large projects in Russia, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan, Victoria sold two out of three businesses in Russia.
From 2007 to 2014, Victoria was a partner of the French OSP & Cie Group of Companies, which included services for lawyers and a sales house with hundred years of history, serving the Official Journal Le Journal Officiel and media publications such as Le Monde, Le Figaro, Le Parisien, La Tribune.
Experience working with people gave me a clear vision of how the personalities of founders, leaders, group processes and the quality of relationships affect the viability and sustainability of a business.
Received in 2013 diploma in Executive coaching at HEC Paris, since 2014 Victoria Mikhailova has concentrated her activities on coaching organizations and business training.
Systematic communication and the use of neuroscience in startup coaching are topics that Victoria teaches in the Leadership program of the HEC Paris business school under the auspices of the public investment bank Bpifrance. As a master trainer in the Communication Process Model® and Emotional Assertiveness®, Victoria trains professional coaches and business trainers and manages a community of 50 trainers in Russia and participates in the development of a community of 3,500 trainers and coaches in world.
Victoria is a partner in international companies and has numerous international certifications in the field of coaching and organizational psychology.
Victoria lives between Paris and Moscow, enjoys painting, traveling, playing golf and writing poetry and prose.
