I stage

• remember the correct spelling of the word;
• how to make pairs of sounds based on deafness and voicedness;
• how to read words with four syllables and remember how to spell them;
• what are phrases?
• how to read with expression;
• what is the emphasis for?

2. Mathematics and logic

I stage

At the 1st stage of the “Mathematics and Logic” module, the child will learn what numbers are for and learn to see patterns in problems. In the preparation course for first grade, a preschooler will learn:

• counting from 1 to 10 and back;
• whole figures and their parts;
• simple figures and their differences;
• location of an object in space - above, below, further, closer, in front, behind, behind, in front;
• size of objects: larger, smaller, longer, shorter, wider, narrower;
• the relationship between objects and animals based on their silhouettes;
• tasks to connect objects by attribute;
• counting objects in a photograph;
• dividing objects into parts, half.

II stage

The second part of the block will complicate the task: together with the teacher, the child will learn more numbers and learn how to do new logic tasks. In the preparation course for 1st grade, a preschooler will learn:

• count from 0 to 100;
• add and subtract numbers within 20;
• name the order of objects;
• arrange groups of numbers from largest to smallest and vice versa;
• name numbers in a numerical interval;
• distinguish between single and double digit numbers;
• find differences in pictures;
• arrange pictures in a logical order;
• insert missing numbers into examples;
• determine the day of the week and time of year according to the calendar;
• distinguish between left and right sides;
• connect objects in pairs;
• put numbers up to 100 in order;
• determine time by clock hands;
• distinguish three-dimensional figures;
• solve problems with coins of different denominations.

3. Creation

This module will help develop your child's creativity. Together with the teacher of the first grade preparation course, the preschooler will learn:

• how to guess objects from a picture;
• what is a sketch?
• how to select shading to match the subject he wants to draw;
• how to choose the right colors;
• how to draw scenes from pictures;
• how do lines help in drawing?
• how to create a character using your imagination;
• how to make your own holiday decoration.

By the end of the individual preparation course for 1st grade, a preschooler will learn to draw animals and their babies, clothes, shoes, buildings and plants by hand.
