Purpose of the program – to form in students systematic knowledge about the goals, objectives, and main directions of public policy in modern Russia.
To achieve this goal, the following tasks should be solved: to equip students with scientific and practical knowledge about the essence, principles, forms and methods of public administration in various sectors of the economy (health care, industry, energy, ecology, etc.); on strategic planning as a central institution of public policy and management in a pandemic; about the features and results of the constitutional reform of 2020 in the context of the development of world experience of constitutionalism; about the features of the state regional policy of Russia at the present stage; about the risks and potential of digitalization and adaptation of the state to modern digital technological transformations.
As a result, listeners should familiarize themselves with modern issues of political and economic security of the country, new directions of Russian state policy, ensuring sovereignty and state building in the conditions of new calls.
The requirement for students is higher education.
Form of education – full-time and part-time, part-time with additional education (distance learning).
