In 2002 graduated from the Faculty of Law of St. Petersburg State University in 2000, in parallel with her studies at St. Petersburg State University, studied German law at the University of Passau (Germany) (University Grant on a competitive basis), in 2003 G. received an LL.M. (Magna cum Laude) in EU contract law at the University of Kiel (Germany) (University grant on a competitive basis).
