GOAL OF THE PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION
Formation of new competencies among students: a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between strategy and finance, the place of financial technologies in the company’s management system, financial mechanism at the macro and micro levels, as well as the acquisition of practical skills in financial analysis, business planning, selection of suitable banking products and services, making informed investment decisions, management accounting and control, business assessment and taking advantage of opportunities to maintain a sustainable balanced company growth.
WHO IS THE PROGRAM “FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGY IN MANAGEMENT” USED?
Business owners and company managers
- to assess the financial and economic position of the company based on basic and special indicators accepted in world practice
- to develop a strategy for dealing with a crisis
- to identify external and internal factors contributing to the development of the crisis in the company
- to determine the main factors influencing the state of the business

HOW ARE THE CLASSES GOING?
The program is designed for 9 months, its volume is 310 hours. Of these, 252 hours will be implemented in a classroom format: lectures and practical exercises in the form of business games, case studies, brainstorming sessions, teacher consultations, self-study, problem solving, as well as remote format.
In-person classes are conducted according to the following scheme:
2 times a week on weekdays from 19:00 to 22:00 (classes can be held on Saturdays during the day)
Classes are held in the Shuvalovsky building of Moscow State University, located at: Moscow, Lomonosovsky prospect, no. 27, bldg. 4 (m. University / metro station Lomonosovsky Prospekt).
