For more than 10 years we have been teaching how to create successful IT systems. We teach requirements engineering and design for the development and integration of automated systems, web services and mobile applications.

The course programs are built around end-to-end educational projects, the main content of the course is completing tasks in teams. Due to this, the motivation of participants is supported, experience is exchanged within the team, and speed is equalized. Feedback is given immediately during class, and not like with traditional individual homework, which stretches out over several weeks.
We prefer a “boutique” training format - contact interactive online classes in small groups up to 12 people and teams of up to 4 people with short briefings, completing tasks and receiving feedback communications.
The course is devoted to the study of tasks in the field of strategy analysis based on the BABOK® Guide v standard. 3. This knowledge area describes business analysis tasks that are performed in collaboration with stakeholders to identify needs that have strategic or tactical importance (of business needs) so that the enterprise can meet these needs and implement an appropriate change strategy, taking into account higher and higher low level.
The course is devoted to the study of the knowledge area “Planning and monitoring of business analysis” BABOK Guide 3.0. The course covers selection problems approach to business analysis in a project, identifying the work to be performed and assessing its labor intensity, identifying stakeholders and planning their involvement, planning requirements management, and looking for opportunities to increase productivity business analysts. The course is taught by practitioners with extensive personal experience in performing business analysis in various projects.
Training on the basics of working with the Business Intelligence (BI) platform Tableau will help develop basic skills in data analysis and visualization for students with an initial level of analytical training. The main distinguishing feature of Tableau is its intuitiveness, as well as the absence of strict requirements for technical experience before starting work, and you can start getting acquainted almost from scratch. Data analysis is probably no longer possible without the right tools. Tableau is one of the best solutions in this area, a recognized leader in the topic of information design and reporting automation. During the training, students will become familiar with the theoretical foundations of data analysis and BI, and will also learn in practice how to work with various data sources, including MS Excel, analyze the suitability of data for work, build downloadable reports, individual visualizations and analytical dashboards - interactive information dashboards for automating routine work tasks.
